2022 Fall Mountain Biking

Join us for 6 weeks of fun on the trails for our 2022 Fall Mountain Biking Session! We will be meeting at local trails around the surrounding Saratoga Springs area to learn safety skills and basic techniques of mountain biking, all while hanging out with some old friends and making some new friends! 

Check out the important info below regarding riding locations, equipment, and rider requirements.  

AGES | 8 - 12

WEDNESDAYS | 5:30-7:00PM 
September 21st, 28th, & October 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th 

Due to Sunset Times starting in mid-October we may plan to meet at 5:00 or 5:15pm for the last 2-3 rides.  

LOCATIONS: Saratoga Spa State Park | Kalabus Perry | Gurney Lane | Luther Forest
Weekly ride destinations will be dependent on assessed skills of registered riders and trail conditions.  

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT (Not Included)

• Mountain Bike (off road/trail tires and gears)
• Helmet

** Get a FREE (and super cool) Open Air Sports T-shirt the first time you register **

Our OAS Team will work with each Registered Rider prior to the first session to ensure equipment is suitable for the program (don't worry, entry level mountain bikes with gears are totally cool).  The OAS Team is able to provide suggestions in regards to equipment as needed... don't hesitate to ask us questions!  We will also assess and work with your rider during the each session on various skills to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

IMPORTANT 

At checkout, you will be asked to set up an Open Air Sports account as a Parent or Guardian. Once you've completed checkout, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to complete the Open Air Sports registration form and waiver which we ask that you return via email no later than two weeks before the start date.

Required for each participant in order to partake in an upcoming session:
Open Air Sports Registration Form and Waiver, and Self Assessment Form.  All Participants are also asked to acknowledge our COVID-19 Policy.  

Be on the look out for an email from info@openairsportsny.com after you checkout.  It will contain all the important logistical stuff and boring required forms, including our COVID-19 Policy! 

** Registering Siblings?  If you are registering siblings, please add one Single and then the appropriate number of Additional Siblings to the cart for checkout.  

** Cancellation Policy: Full refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made two weeks prior to start date. Refund requests for cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to start date are NOT guaranteed. **

**COVID-19 STATEMENT:  Mask use is entirely up to the discretion of each rider’s parent/guardian. We, the participating instructors AND fellow riders, will respect the decision made by each individual family.
